Abstract
U ovome radu se promatra značaj etike i društveno odgovornog poslovanja u odnosima s javnošću kod poduzeća. Pri tome se ispituju temeljne odrednice etike i značaj poslovne etike kroz teorijsku i praktičnu primjenu, zatim se ispituje značaj društveno odgovornog poslovanja i primjene etičkih kodeksa u poslovnom procesu kao i praktična primjena etike u odnosima s javnošću. Poseban naglasak se pri tome stavlja na promjene koje se događaju posljednjih godina pri percepciji odnosa s javnošću, pri čemu se napušta doktrina oblikovanja javnog mnijenja, a sve više zastupa doktrina očuvanja reputacije i ugleda u javnosti kao važnog segmenta uspješnosti poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
This thesis research the importance of ethics and corporate social responsibility in public relations of the company. In addition to examining the fundamental determinants of ethics and the importance of business ethics through theoretical and practical application, thesis examines the importance of corporate social responsibility and the application of codes of ethics in the business process as well as the practical application of ethics in public relations. Emphasis is thereby placed on the changes taking place in recent years in the perception of public relations, in which the doctrine of shaping public opinion is in decline while modern approach of preserving the reputation and the respect as an important segment of the company's success.
