Abstract
Organizacijska kultura je relativno apstraktna tema koja se shvaća ozbiljno s obzirom da je u pitanju njen utjecaj na poslovanje organizacija. Apstraktna je najvećim dijelom jer je njen glavni dio gotovo nevidljiv, dok se njeni ostali vidljivi elementi pogrešno shvaćaju kao cjelina organizacijske kulture. Njen utjecaj na poslovanje najviše je vidljiv zahvaljujući znanosti organizacijskog ponašanja čija je svrha istraživanje pojedinaca, grupa i organizacijskih sustava ne bi li se vidio njihov utjecaj na efikasnost organizacije. Cilj ovoga rada jest pružiti teorijski okvir organizacijske kulture koji će poslužiti kao vodilja za istraživanje čija je svrha vidjeti postoje li sličnosti i uobičajene prakse kada je u pitanju nastanak, oblikovanje i održavanje organizacijske kulture.
Abstract (english)
Organizational culture is relatively abstract topic which gained traction in modern times especially when it comes to its benefits regarding business and organizations. It is a complicated subject because it is mostly invisible, while the visible parts of organizational culture are often misinterpreted as its core. The effects it has on business are visible largely thanks to the field of research called organizational behavior, purpose of which is to research individuals, groups and systems and their effects on business efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to set a theoretical framework of organizational culture, which will serve as a guide for the research. Purpose of the research is to find out if there are any similarities or usual practices when it comes to creating, shaping and maintaining organizational culture.
