Abstract
Rad ne sadrži sažetak.Tema rada bavi se strateškim menadžmentom ljudskih potencijala, internom korporativnom komunikacijom, zapošljavanjem i selekcijom, obukom i razvojem karijere. Prikazan je primjer iz prakse razvoja ljudskih potencijala u Lidlu. Govori se o motivaciji zaposlenika, motivacijskim strategijama i tehnikama.
Abstract (english)
The paper does not contain an abstract. The topic of the paper deals with strategic human resources management, internal corporate communication, recruitment and selection, training and career development. An example from the practice of human resources development in Lidl is presented. It discusses employee motivation, motivational strategies and techniques.
