Abstract
Završni rad „Društvene mreže kao osnovni komunikacijski alat u suvremenim odnosima s javnošću“ bavi se jednim od možda najzanimljivijih komunikacijskih alatia i njihovom primjenom u suvremenim odnosima s javnošću – društvenim mrežama. Nakon kratkog povijesnog pregleda razvoja odnosa s javnošću, rad donosi prikaz tradicionalnih alata i tehnika, a potom slijedi osvrt na utjecaj suvremenih tehnologija na odnose s javnošću i teorijski pregled najčešće korištenih društvenih mreža. S ciljem prikaza njihovog učinkovitog korištenja kao jednog od alata u odnosima s javnošću, način korištenja svake od društvenih mreža – Facebooka, LinkedIna, Twittera i Instagrama – potkrijepljen je primjerom njihove implementacije u komunikacijske strategije.
Abstract (english)
The thesis “Social Networks as a Basic Communication Tool in Contemporary Public Relations” deals with one of the most interesting communication tools and their implementation in contemporary public relations - social networks. After a brief history of development of public relations, this thesis presents traditional PR tools and techniques, followed by a review of the influence of contemporary technologies on public relations and the theoretical review of the most used social networks. In order to show their effective use as one of the tools in public relations, the way of using each social network - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram - is supported by the example of their implementation in communication strategies.
