Abstract
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje u suvremenom svijetu nije samo pitanje potrebe nego i pitanje opstanka poslovnog subjekta. Na početku razmišljanja o društveno odgovornom poslovanju, većina je teorija i praksa usmjerena na velike tvrtke, ali sve je više shvaćeno da neupravljani poslovni poslovi nisu održivi. U tom kontekstu, mala poduzeća počela su razmišljati o uvođenju društveno odgovornog poslovanja u svoje strateške ciljeve. Premda mali poduzetnici često nemaju sredstva za uključivanje u društveno odgovornije projekte, vidljivo je da njihova svijest o potrebi razvoja društveno odgovornog poslovanja utječe na implementaciju ovog poslovanja u svoje poslovanje prema njihovim mogućnostima. Primarno i sekundarno istraživanje pokazalo je da primjena društveno odgovornog poslovanja u Hrvatskoj u malim poduzećima još uvijek nije na zadovoljavajućoj razini, već je nužno podići svjesnost oneophodnosti implementacije društveno odgovornog poslovanja u ovaj gospodarski sektor.
Abstract (english)
Socially responsible business in the contemporary world is no longer just a question of need, but a question of survival of a business entity. At the beginning of thinking about socially responsible business, most of the theories and practices were directed at large companies, but it was increasingly realised that unmanaged business operations were not sustainable. In this context, small businesses began to think about introducing socially responsible business to their strategic goals. Although small entrepreneurs often lack the resources to engage in more socially responsible projects, it can be seen that their awareness of the need to develop socially responsible business impacts the implementation of this business in their business according to their capabilities. Primary and secondary research has shown that the application of socially responsible business in Croatia in small enterprises is still not at a satisfactory level, but it is necessary to raise awareness of the necessity of implementing socially responsible business in this economic sector.
