Abstract
Krizno komuniciranje jedno je od izazovnijih područja struke. Razne organizacije i tvrtke privatnog i državnog sektra izložene su brojnim krizama. Osnovna pretpostavka kriznog komuniciranja događaj je koji potencijalno vodi katastrofi te negativnoj percepciji u javnosti. Svaki sektor ima određene specifičnosti kojima se potrebno voditi prilikom kriznog komuniciranja kako bi komunikacija bila uspješna, ne samo tijekom, već i nakon krize. Za svhu ovog rada proučavat će se krizno komuniciranje u sektoru zdravstva. Koje su specifičnosti kriznog kouniciranja u zdravstvu te vodi li interna komunikacija uspješnim djelovanjem prema zajednici. Koristit će se stručna literatura s područja kriznog menadžmenta, interne komunikacije i komunikacije u zdravstvu.
Abstract (english)
Crisis communication is one of the more challenging areas of the profession. Various private and public sector organizations and companies have been exposed to numerous crises. The basic premise of crisis communication is an event which potentially leads to disaster and negative public perception. Each sector has certain specifics which need to be borne in mind during crisis communication to ensure successful communication, not only during but also after the crisis. For this study, crisis communication in the health sector will be studied. What are the specifics of crisis communication in health care and does the internal communication lead to successful action towards the community. The literature used in this study is the professional literature from the fields of crisis management, internal communication and healthcare communication.
