| Abstract | Evolucijom tehnologije počele su se mijenjati radne potrebe ljudi. Život je postao ubrzan, a ljudi su postali naučeni na konstantan pristup svim informacijama i u svakom trenutku. Kako su s vremenom postali sve ovisniji o tehnologiji, tako su velike kompanije počele iskorištavati njihove podatke, pri tome ne misleći o posljedicama. Tek se nedavno počelo raspavljati o pitanjima i stvarima koje su taktički osmišljene, o tome kako velike kompanije iskorištavaju sve osobne podatke, koje se lakovjerno ostavljaju na internetskim stranicama.
Zaštita osobnih podataka je prvenstveno temeljno ljudsko pravo, „pravo zaštite pojedinca odnosi se na sankcioniranje i sprječavanje zlouporabe osobnih podataka, te je zajamčeno je nacionalnim i međunarodnim propisima” (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, n.p.). U tu svrhu Vijeće Europske komisije donijelo je niz preporuka u cilju zaštite naših osobnih podataka, koji su u primjeni na području cijele Europske Unije.
Kako je Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova tijelo javne vlasti u kojem je pohranjena najveća količina osobnih podataka građana Republike Hrvatske, ali i stranih državljana s posebnom pozornošću dužno je čuvati osobne podatke koji su jedna od ustavnih kategorija svih građana Republike Hrvatske. U tu svrhu ustrojena je neovisna Služba koja nadzire rad svih službenika Ministarstva u cilju zaštite osobnih podataka građana, što je ovih završnim radom posebno obrađeno.
Isto tako, policijski službenici Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova koji, između ostalog, štite granice Republike Hrvatske, susreću se svakodnevno prilikom zaticanja ilegalnih migranata u pokušaju ilegalnog ulaska u Republiku Hrvatsku koja im „stoji na putu“ kao zadnja linija obrane i ulaska u Schengenski prostor, tj Europsku Uniju. Kako ilegalni migranti, u pravilu, odbaciju svoje osobne dokumente kako bi prikrili svoj identitet, policija RH vraća ih u zemlje iz kojih su ilegalno ušli u RH jer bi ih u protivnom vratili u zemlju porijekla i njihov put bi ponovo bio na početku. |
| Abstract (english) | With the evolution of technology, people’s work needs began to change. Life has become faster and people have become accustomed to constant access to all information, and at all times. As they became more and more dependent on technology over time, large companies began to exploit their data without thinking about the consequences. It has only recently begun to be debated about the issues and things that are tactically designed, about the topic how large companies exploit all of personal data, which are gullibly left on websites.
The protection of personal data is primarily a fundamental human right, "the right to protect the legitimate interests of the citizen (individual) which refers to the prevention and sanctioning of misuse of personal data and is guaranteed by international and national regulations" (Agency for Personal Data Protection). To this end, the Council of the European Commission has made a number of recommendations in order to protect our personal data, which are applicable throughout the European Union.
As the Ministry of the Interior is the body of public authority in which the largest amount of personal data of citizens of the Republic of Croatia is stored, but also foreign citizens with special attention, it is obliged to keep personal data that is one of the constitutional categories of all citizens of the Republic of Croatia. For this purpose, an independent Service has been established that supervises the work of all employees of the Ministry in order to protect the personal data of citizens, which is the final work of these.
Also, police officers of the Ministry of the Interior who, among other things, protect the borders of the Republic of Croatia, meet every day when catching illegal migrants in an attempt to enter the Republic of Croatia illegally, which "stands in their way" as the last line of defense and entry into the Schengen area. European Union. As illegal migrants, as a rule, reject their personal documents in order to conceal their identity, the Croatian police return them to the countries from which they entered the Republic illegally because otherwise they would return them to their country of origin and their journey would be at the beginning again. |
