Abstract
Dinamične promjene u suvremenom poslovnom svijetu utječu na sve segmente ljudskog života, uključujući i način komuniciranja. Globalizacija, tehnološki razvoj, usavršavanje informacijskih sustava i sve veće prožimanje različitih kultura čimbenici su koji određuju suvremene vještine komuniciranja. Tri osnovna oblika komunikacije su: verbalna, neverbalna i para verbalna komunikacija. Svaki od navedenih oblika komunikacije ima različita obilježja, značajke i koristi se na različite načine, ovisno o prilikama u kojima se komunikacija odvija. Poseban segment komunikacije predstavlja i odjeća koja je vrlo važan dio neverbalne komunikacije. Način na koji je osoba odjevena također može imati važnu ulogu u komunikaciji, što je posebno uočljivo kod javnih osoba i ličnosti na visokim političkim položajima, pri čemu se posebno ističu ženske osobe.
Abstract (english)
Dynamic changes in the contemporary business world have an impact on all segments of the human life, manner of communication included. Globalisation, technological development, improvement of information systems and an ever-greater permeating of different cultures are the factors that determine the contemporary communication skills. Three basic forms of communication are: verbal, non-verbal and para verbal communication. Each of these forms has different characteristics, features and is used in various ways, depending on the circumstances in which communication takes place. A special segment of communication is also clothing which represents a very important part of non-verbal communication. The way in which a person dresses can also have an important role in communication which is particularly visible with public personas and high-profile politicians where women stand out even more.
