Abstract
Menadžment je prepoznat kao znanstvena disciplina. Uslijed složenosti poslovanja menadžerske kompetencije kao i uloga menadžera postaje ključna za uspješno upravljanje i vođenje poduzeća. Važnost emocionalne inteligencije raste a trendovi ukazuju na potrebu osvještavanja važnosti emocionalne inteligencije putem koje tvrtke doprinose snaženju pozitivne organizacijske kulture, a posljedično i konkurentnosti poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Management is recognized as a scientific discipline. Due to the complexity, managerial competence as well as the role of managers becomes key to successful leading and managing the company. The importance of emotional intelligence is growing and trends point to the need to raise awareness of the importance of emotional intelligence through which companies contribute to the strengthening of positive organizational culture and, consequently, the competitiveness of the enterprise.
