Abstract
Društvene mreže su postale neizostavan dio komunikacije. Brzina i pravovremenost glavni su razlozi zbog kojih se poduzeća i organizacije okreću takvom načinu komunikacije, a koji im pomažu u kreiranju sadržaja, slanju poruka što većem broju ljudi i upoznavanju korisnika društvenih mreža s njihovim uslugama, proizvodima ili područjem rada. Upravo zato komunikacija na društvenim mrežama ima veliku ulogu i u kriznim situacijama. Društvene mreže pružaju korisnicima ono što niti jedan medij dosada nije uspio, a to je brza reakcija koja znatno utječe na ishod krizne situacije. Krizno komuniciranje, kao sastavni dio kriznog menadžmenta, dijelimo na dvije vrste: krizno komuniciranje kao informacija i krizno komuniciranje kao strategija. Ovisno o situaciji, strategije mogu biti proaktivne (one koje organizacija ili poduzeće koristi u svrhu izgradnje imidža) i reaktivne (one koje organizacija ili poduzeće koristi kao odgovor na krizu). S obzirom da je u kriznoj situaciji brza reakcija jedno od najvažnijih pravila, mnoga poduzeća i organizacije posežu za društvenim mrežama kao moćnim alatom koji će im pomoći u bržem okončanju krize, kao i smanjenju njezinih posljedica.
Abstract (english)
Social media have become an essential part of communication. Speed and timeliness are their main advantages that make companies and organizations turn to this type of communication, which helps them creating a content, sending a messages to as many people possible and informing them about their services, products or field of work. Those are the main reasons why social media have such an important role in time of crisis. Social media provide their users with something no other media have managed so far – fast reaction which significantly affect the outcome of crisis. There are two types of crisis communication as an integral part of crisis management: crisis communication as an information and crisis communication as a strategy. Depending on the situation, strategies can be proactive (those that organization or company uses to build an image) and reactive (those that organization or company uses as a response to crisis). Given that fast reaction is one of the most important rules, many companies and organizations use social media as a powerful tool that helps them in faster completion of crisis as well as reducing its effects.
