Abstract
Bez komunikacije ne mogu postojati organizacije. Svaki ljudski čin predstavlja, na određeni način, komunikaciju, stoga i ne komuniciranje predstavlja oblik komuniciranja. Učinkovita komunikacija je osnova za razvoj interne organizacije, ali i ključan faktor za postojanje u neizvjesnoj okolini, stoga je komunikacija važan čimbenik kako u ponašanju menadžera, tako i u funkcioniranju cijelog organizacijskog sustava. U organizacijama se poslovna komunikacija realizira unutar i izvan nje same. Komunikacijski događaj unutar organizacije može imati dva tijeka: formalni i neformalni. Kako bi organizacijska komunikacija bila uspješna, potrebno je poznavanje jezika, provođenje interakcijskih vježba te posjedovanje kulturnog znanja svih sudionika komunikacije i zaposlenika organizacije. Uspješna komunikacija iziskuje i razmišljanje i osjećaje. Cilj je naći zdrav balans između djelovanja razuma i osjećaja. Bitno je zapamtiti da kontrola nad osjećajima i svijest o njima su vještina koja se može izvježbati i naučiti.
Abstract (english)
Without communication there can be no organization. Every human act represents, in a certain way, communication, so communication is not a form of communication. Effective communication is the basis for the development of an internal organization, but it is also a key factor for the existence of a precarious environment, so communication is an important factor both in the behavior of managers and in the functioning of the entire organizational system. In business organizations, business communication is realized inside and outside of it. The communication event within the organization can have two streams: formal and informal. In order for organizational communication to be successful, knowledge of languages, interaction exercises and the possession of cultural knowledge of all communication participants and employees of the organization are needed. Successful communication requires both thinking and feelings. The goal is to find a healthy balance between the effect of reason and feeling. It is important to remember that control over feelings and awareness of them is a skill that can be learned and taught.
