Abstract
Interna komunikacija obuhvaća sve komunikacijske i informacijske aktivnosti između članova organizacije. Ključnu javnost u organizacijama čine menadžment i zaposlenici. Svijest o tome da uspjeh organizacije ovisi prvenstveno o ljudima koji u njoj rade pridonijela je da zaposlenici jasnije prepoznaju svoju ulogu i zadatke u razvoju organizacije. Rad za organizaciju u kojoj se uspjeh ne mjeri samo profitom sam po sebi podiže moral i osjećaj opće koristi i odgovornosti za njezine rezultate. Motivacija je utjecaj koji izaziva, usmjerava i održava željeno ponašanje ljudi. U okviru menadžmenta motivacija igra važnu ulogu jer njome menadžer nastoji zadovoljiti želje svojih suradnika kako bi njihovo ponašanje bilo poželjno i prihvatljivo za organizaciju. Interna komunikacija ima složen zadatak da s jedne strane posreduje na relaciji organizacija — zaposleni u ostvarivanju ciljeva, a s druge strane omogućuje svima da ostvare socijalne i psihološke potrebe. Ona mora osigurati dobru što češću neposrednu komunikaciju. Organizacija bi trebala koristiti sve dostupne kanale komunikacije vodeći pri tome računa da ljudi ipak najviše prihvaćaju osobni kontakt jer im on omogućava neposredno izražavanje mišljenja i stavova.
Abstract (english)
Internal communication includes all communication and information activities between members of organization. The spotlight in organizations are on menagement and employees. Awareness that success of organization depends mainly on people who work there, has contributed that employees recognise their role more clearly, as well as their tasks in development of organization. Working in organization where success is measured not only by profit, raises moral, sense of social benefit and responsibility of its results. Motivation impacts steers and maintains wanted behaviour in people. Within menagement, motivation personates an important role because menager by using it seeks to meet the needs of his associates so their behaviour would be fair and acceptable for the organization. Internal communication has a complicated task of mediation between organization itself and its employees in terms of reaching their goals, but also ensures that they achieve their social and psychological needs. Internal communication has to ensure direct communication. Organization should use all available channels of communication, having in mind that people accept the most personal contact that allows them to express their oppinion.
