Abstract
Stručnjaci za odnose s javnošću sa svojim znanjem, vještinama i iskustvom komuniciranja s ciljnim javnostima, uveliko mogu doprinijeti što potpunijem razumijevanju poruka i objava za javnost. Većina stručnjaka i djelatnika za odnose s javnošću svjesni su na koji način mogu poboljšati razumljivost njihovih poruka od strane različitih ciljnih javnosti. To su pokazale i tri ankete provedene za ovaj rad, a u svrhu dokazivanja utjecaja korištenja engleskih riječi u objavama za javnost na razumijevanje sadržaja komunikacije. Sve engleske riječi koje se sve češće koriste u objavama za javnost i koju prenose gotovo svi mediji, mogu se zamijeniti s hrvatskim riječima čime će se automatski poboljšati razumijevanje objava za javnost i uspostaviti bolji odnos između organizacija i ciljnih javnosti. Nisu samo mediji odgovorni za promjene u jeziku i nerazumijevanje sadržaja. Odgovornost dijele i stručnjaci za odnose s javnošću kao komunikacijski posrednici između organizacija i ciljnih javnosti.
Abstract (english)
Public relations experts with their knowledge, skills and experience of communicating with the target audience can greatly contribute to a more complete understanding of the message and public releases. Most experts and public relations employees are aware of how they can improve the understanding of their messages by different target audience. This has also been shown by three surveys conducted for the purpose of proving how the use of English words in public releases impact the level of understanding by the different target audience. All English words that are increasingly used in public releases and are transmitted by virtually all media can be replaced with Croatian words, which will automatically improve the understanding of the communicated mesages and will establish a better relationship between organizations and target audiences. Not just the media are responsible for changes in language and lack of understanding of the content. Responsibility is shared by public relations experts as communication intermediaries between organizations and target audiences.
